We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor in Tbilisi who will support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation across all areas.

Key responsibilities of the Housekeeping Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

** Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of the department in line with company policies and procedures;
** Maintaining accurate daily records and ensuring proper follow-up on tasks logged in the supervisor`s logbook;
** Coordinating with the Engineering department for maintenance requests and ensuring timely completion;
** Ensuring all housekeeping team members deliver exceptional guest service at all times;
** Handling guest requests, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner;
** Preparing and supporting weekly staff schedules in line with operational needs and business demands;
** Assigning tasks to housekeeping staff and supervising their daily activities;
** Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards;
** Reporting maintenance issues, lost and damaged items, and ensuring proper follow-up;
** Supervising contractors and ensuring work is completed according to standards;
** Ensuring readiness of rooms and public areas, including preparation for VIP arrivals;
** Monitoring and maintaining brand standards, cleanliness, and hygiene across all areas;
** Supporting training, coaching, and development of housekeeping team members;
** Ensuring team members follow grooming, uniform, and hygiene standards at all times;
** Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

** Proven experience in a similar role within a within a hotel or hospitality environment;
** Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and hygiene requirements;
** Good leadership and team management skills;
** Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
** Good communication and interpersonal skills;
** Fluency in Georgian; English language skills are preferred;
** Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred), Knowledge of OPERA Cloud is an advantage
