micro1 is engaging Generalists to contribute their broad skillsets for a customer's AI development project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for versatile professionals who excel in both written and verbal English communication, are bilingual, and are passionate about contributing to the advancement of artificial intelligence.

Scope of Work
1. Contribute diverse real-world knowledge and insights to AI training workflows.
2. Review, evaluate, and enhance language-based data sets for clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
3. Create and refine task guidelines, examples, and content used for model instruction.
4. Analyze model outputs to assess correctness, logical reasoning, and quality of responses.
5. Provide actionable feedback for model improvements and ongoing training cycles.
6. Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and other specialists through clear written and verbal communication.
7. Document issues and contribute to the development of best practices for future iterations.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proven ability as a generalist with expertise spanning multiple disciplines.
2. Exceptional command of both written and spoken English; bilingual or multilingual proficiency strongly preferred.
3. Prior participation in AI model training, evaluation, or prompt engineering is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with attention to detail in complex tasks.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate nuances and complex ideas clearly and concisely.
6. Experience working independently in remote, distributed project environments.
7. Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and technology-driven innovation.

Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $10–$15 USD per hour
